- You need of Beef sirloin steak / Beef chuck cubes 500g.
- You need of Red bell pepper.
- You need of Onion - cut in quarters.
- You need cubes of Pineapple.

- Soak wooden skewers in water overnight..
- Marinate sirloin beef cubes (use any spices you like. I used - salt, black pepper, cumin, 2 tablespoons maziwa lala to make meat soft, mustard powder & paprika) Prepare the meat marinade a day before or at least for 8 hrs.
- Veges - onion, red bell paper marinate this too about 30 mins before cook time with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt and black pepper.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins then put the meat, veges and pineapple slice in skewers and place in the oven grill. Cook for 40 mins turning them after every 15 mins..

Cut the onion into small segments. Leave the mushrooms whole, if similar in size as the rest, otherwise, cut them in half. Alternate the meat and vegetable pieces on wooden skewers.
